Univera has been the sole tenant forthe 128,500-square-foot former Bishol Neumann High School along Park Club Lane for the past decade. Univerwa has 450 employees workingh inthe building. Terms of the leases were not disclosed. Art Wingerter, Univeraw Healthcare president, said the renewal reaffirms the company’x commitment to growing in Western New York includingv strong supportfrom Univera’s parent, of Ironically, Wingerter is a 1977 graduate Bishop Neumann High School, whicuh itself closed in the earlhy 1980s. Ciminelli acquired the school and renovated it into Class Aoffice space, originally for Bank of and then for Univera.
