Constructionj is now underway on the Tysons Cornetr portion of Phase I ofthe extension. When completed, the new Silveer Line will run west from the East FallsChurcjh Metro, station with four stops in the Tysons Corneer area planned.
The Whiels Avenue station in Reston will be the finakl stop inPhase 1, which is expected to be completed in late 2013. Phase II will continue the Silver Line on to Dullesa International Airport andLoudoun County.
